The lab supports process development, material characterization, substrate pretreatment, and thermal analysis, along with testing for outgassing, durability, and lifetime performance. Advanced metrology tools ensure precise measurement and control throughout each stage.
Featuring the Hyperion Optical Coating System and dedicated electron beam and sputter deposition chambers, the facility enables flexible process development and system configuration. Dynavac’s team works closely with customers to document optimized parameters and ensure a smooth transition to production.
